Is the pool heated?
The infinity pool can be optionally heated — making it exceptional year-round, including during Belize’s cooler high-season evenings in January and February. This is one of the features guests are most surprised by and most grateful for. Heating the pool is $150/day.
Can the property really sleep 10 people comfortably?
Yes, comfortably. Two ocean-facing master suites, a king bedroom, and a custom bunk room (queen + full). Four full en-suite bathrooms. A 10-person outdoor dining table. Space for everyone — indoors and out.
Is there purified drinking water?
Yes. Blue Breeze is equipped with a UV water purification system. You won’t need to buy bottled water. We offer a water station for those that choose not to drink the water. The water station is purified water that comes out hot or cold, the house is stocked with back up jugs if needed
Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes. Particularly useful for longer stays or families traveling with children.
Is the pool safe for young children?
The pool was designed with families in mind. The shallow end is just under 1 foot deep. The maximum depth is 4.5 feet. Concrete safety railings on all elevated areas prevent children from accessing drops. A life ring is at the pool. Blue Breeze exceeds Belize safety inspection standards. That said, adult supervision is always required near water.
Are pets allowed?
Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. No cats, large dogs, or other animals. Please let us know when you inquire so we can confirm.
Can I have a private chef?
Yes. Exquisite Eats by Alex is our top recommendation — a private chef who knows the Blue Breeze kitchen and specializes in local Belizean cuisine. Emir also provides chef services. Book at least 2 weeks in advance. Delivery from nearby restaurants is also available.

Is there WiFi and cell service?
High-speed WiFi and ethernet ports in all rooms. US cell service works in Belize via Digi — most carriers work without a SIM swap. WhatsApp is the primary local communication platform and works on any internet connection.
What’s the backup generator situation?
Blue Breeze is equipped with an automatic backup generator. If power goes out — uncommon but possible in Belize — guests won’t notice. Power 24/7, guaranteed.
How do I actually get to the property from the airport?
Fly to Belize City, then take a 15-minute puddle jumper to San Pedro (Tropic Air or Maya Island Air). A golf cart meets you at the airstrip and drives you 20 minutes north to Blue Breeze. Emir coordinates the whole thing.
What’s the minimum stay?
7 nights during high season (November–April) and Lobster Fest (July 1–15). 4 nights during shoulder season. We make exceptions — reach out and let us know your situation.
Can you host a wedding or special event at Blue Breeze?
Yes. Blue Breeze hosted its first wedding in March 2025 — a couple who moved their date specifically to secure this venue over every resort and event space they considered. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a 50% refund. For major life events, we work with guests to rebook. Contact us — we’re reasonable people.
